BrandiCakes Desserts Order Process

  • Step 1

    • Click the Order Inquiry Button below.
    • Fill out the form. Be sure to include as much detail as possible. Details include inspiration photos, color scheme, which styles you like from your inspiration photos, any writing you want on the cookies, etc. (FYI: inspiration photos are wonderful to get a sense of the style you are wanting but I will tweak them as I don't want to copy anyone else's work)

  • Step 2

    • Once the form is submitted I will reach out within 48 hours to either ask more questions or by sending an invoice.
    • Once the invoice is sent you have 48 hours to pay the 50% deposit or the invoice will be canceled and the spot on my calendar opened back up for others to book. If your order is due in less than 10 days the entire amount will need to be paid.

  • Step 3

    • The final 50% balance will be due 1 week before pick up. I will send a reminder the day before your balance is due.
    • I will reach out to you midweek to set up the pick up day and time. Thank you for being on time for your scheduled pick up since both our times are valuable.
